if you have been visiting your dentist regularly and you are really good when it comes to oral hygiene then there must be a developmental problem with your teeth.
There is a condition called dentinogenesis imperfecta (brittle teeth) which means that the tooth is not completely formed (especially the dentin part - the inner yellow part of the tooth) YOu cluld try to visit another dentist for second opinion and have a panoramic x-ray taken for you. This will confirm if it really is that condition that I suspect.
