I don't know how hard you are brushing your teeth, but I do know that bleeding gums is a signs of plaque. You know how a cut will get red and puffy.? Blood travels to the area to fend off infection/heal. The same thing is happening with your gums. They may be red, puffy, tend to bleed easy following brushing for similar reasons. I'm not a dentist or hygenist, but regular cleanings at your dentist (every six months), and consistent brushing AND flossing will help.Health Question & Answer
