dont yawn wide with herbst (i did an it popped off (not supposed to happen)) your front teeth are the only ones that will touch for a week or so (doest hurt only feels ) i only got 6 braces with mine it is really not as bad as peoplle make you think you cant see it at all while you are talking i wen 6 monthes with out my teacher even knowing i had it and there were only 5 people in my clas(my mouth got stuck open) anyhow dont worry it isnt badHealth Question & Answer
