You can eat almost anything that isn't crunchy, chewy, and or sticky. Bread items are fine, just remember to take small bites and chew it thoroughly... and BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH afterward! Bread tends to get stuck terribly in my braces, but I eat pizza every chance I can :) Health Question & Answer
