Question: I have slight loose teeth from grinding or clenching, how to restrenghten.?
It happened over a span of a week, I'd wake with a sore jaw and my teeth clenched from sleeping/leaning my head a certain way. Now I feel all my teeth slightly loose when I move it with my tongue and my gums feel sore and weird. Thank youHealth Question & Answer
