You could drink soda with braces. I drink it all the time but that's just me. I never get yelled at when I go to the orthodontist.
You're not supposed to drink it because the coloring in it could stain your teeth. If you do drink it, just be sure to brush afterward. You should be fine! Your orthodontist will never know as long as you brush.Health Question & Answer

im 22 and i had brasses i ate anything i felt 2 eat my bracets or wires never broke or came out. they say u cant drink soda cause it has aside in it which makes ur brackets loosen.
i dont get it rum has aside in it i drank it every day my bracket never broke once my dougter 2 eats anything she wants 2 but she did breake her bracket once.
i never listen 2 the dentist the only thing i did do was i brushed my teeth every 3to 4 hours i did it cause i didnt want 2 break my brasses. now i have retainers and i were it when i have apear time and when i am sleepingHealth Question & Answer

Ok the soda can slowly dye your teeth if you dont keep up with brushing but with braces you have no control over the spot that they cover. so when the braces would come off then you would see a line across your teeth.

i drank/ate just about everything on the "do not eat" list when i had my braces for 5 years. it was just the first few days when i couldn't eat anything because the glue took so long to harden and teeth felt slightly normal...Health Question & Answer

I have braces and i drink soda like i use to before i had them and im fine and my braces are fine soo its fine even if they say you cant it doesnt matter! lol hope this helped!Health Question & Answer
