Question: Root canal- first step- PAIN!.?
I got the first step of an root canal down about 4 hours ago. I am saving the 2nd part till I get insurance. I am in SO MUCH PAIN. I want to cry. Is that normal.? Or do you think something is wrong.? I am going crazy :(Health Question & Answer

Call the dentist, get pain pills or taking 800 mg of ibuprofen (if you are not allergic or having another condition that keeps you from taking it). They should have provided you with SOMETHING! That much pain AFTER a root canal is not normal. You may have an infection and need antibiotics. Health Question & Answer
i had a root canal done a month or so ago. it hurt a looot worse before, but ya, it hurts like fu*k. yup, its normal, it just sucks. lol
take some advil or some other pain reliever and you'll be fine.
