You shouldn't really take out wisdom teeth unless they are causing you problems. They kind of do what they want, so they come in on their own time and in whatever way they prefer.
Under the gums is okay, if they are straight enough not to be on a collision course with the rest of your molars. X-rays will show if the tooth is growing into the other teeth (common). In that case, it's important to remove them.Health Question & Answer

no all wisdom tooth r not taken out .mostly they grow well . in some teuy may be Mal-aligned so may be pressing on the gums or the cheek , so need to be extracted , but don't worry most people don't have wisdom tooth n not having them makes no difference at allHealth Question & Answer
