Can i get my retainers fixed?!

Question: Can i get my retainers fixed.?
i have those clear plastic retainers. when i was brushing my teeth, my brother knocked my upper retainer off the counter. i found two small chips on my retainer -- one on the front and one on the back.

can my dentist fill in the chip or do i have to buy a new one.? Health Question & Answer

Answers:
most likely if its small chips then they can get fixed, if its big, like broken in half or... big pieces then theyll have to be made againHealth Question & Answer

your dentist should have the imprint he took of your mouth when the retainer was made. maybe he'll cut you a deal on a second one....I don't think they can be repaired as it'll cause irritation.Health Question & Answer

probably get a new one.
because it would probably cost almost the same just to repair it.Health Question & Answer
