Question: Tooth problem.?.? Help.?
I have a tooth which has a hole (the tooth is way at the back but not a wisdom) and I need root cleaning. The problem is that I don't have money for a dentist for root cleaning plus a crown. I would like to know whats the best product (painkiller for the tooth).?.? Or how much might removing the tooth cost at a dentist in Los Angeles.?.?

Sorry to say that if you need a "root cleaning" aka Root Planing, that means that you are developing gum disease, the number one cause of tooth loss in adults. Removing your decayed tooth is not going to solve your gum disease problem. If you are in pain and cannot afford to have the tooth crowned or a root canal and a crown (whatever is necessary to save the tooth) then extraction may be your only option. If you choose this please realize that extraction is permanent and there are many consequences to removing teeth.
My hope would be that if you can't afford extensive dental treatment that you would at least start brushing meticulously and flossing fanatically a minimum of once daily so you can hopefully halt any continued degeneration of the supporting structures of your teeth (generally you will feel no pain during this degeneration, so it's easy to ignore)
