Well first the dentist will take a impression that the area where you need the bridge then they grind the teeth down that are on the 2 sides of the bridge and then will take your impression and take a temp mold and make the temp bridge...its usually acrillic and they will use a temp cement and place it in then when your finally bridge is done they pull the temp bridge off which is very very easy and then take perm cement and cement it in.Health Question & Answer
