I used to be a dental nurse. Only use mouthwash occasionally!!! products like Listerine are actually bad for your teeth! it has a high content of alcohol and can corrode teeth. if you want to try any mouth wash, try one like Neautraflor, it has a high content of fluoride, but do not use it regularly.Health Question & Answer

1. brush teeth
2. floss
