Problems after my wisdom teeth removal... problem cleaning?!

Question: Problems after my wisdom teeth removal... problem cleaning.?
I just got my wisdom teeth removed last thursday. The pain still seems to be sticking around but that's not the issue.
i cant seem to keep the wounds clean.
I have bad breath even though i have been brushing them night and day... i tried gargling salt water... and just brushing them more and more.. but the back wounds are still dirty... any other ideas of how i can clean my mouth and get rid of the awful smell.

Its pretty damn discusting.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
instead of gargling the salt water, try swishing around the socket where the tooth was removed, OR you can get a syringe and squirt the salt water directly into the socket to remove the debris<-----works betterHealth Question & Answer

What you see back there is not dirt, first it's just blood clot and then the formation of the new tissue begins which is like pus. So it is important that you don't disturb the procedure. It is important to keep your mouth clean but be careful not to brush on the socket; just use salt-water (not too salty) or mouth rinse couple of times a day and remember not to spit or anything that will dislodge the blood clot.

If the pain is getting worse, then the tooth is better to be seen by your dentist. If not , just use the regular pain killers.

It will be over before you know it.
