Pain and Pressure after Wisdom Teeth Removal?!

Question: Pain and Pressure after Wisdom Teeth Removal.?
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed 5 days ago (Friday) and it went really well. I had no swelling and my discomfort was very minimal. However, a few days ago I started having a new pain. My top wisdom teeth extractions are not bothering me at all. The wisdom tooth extraction on my lower right side was stitched up and it is doing great too. But the wisdom tooth extraction on my lower left side (which was not stitched up) has a dull aching pain-it almost feels like intense pressure and the gum around the extraction area is sensitive and painful to touch. also, my lower teeth feel like they are all being pushed together-kinda like when I had braces and the wire was tightened. So all together, I have this feeling of pain and pressure, and the sensation of my lower teeth being mashed together. Oh-also when I bend over, the pain and pressure feeling increases. Any idea what could be causing this.? I feel like I should be feeling better, not getting worse. Could there be an infection.? Any ideas would be appreciated. THanks. (I really do not believe it is dry socket)Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Worse than an infection - it sounds like a dry socket, they start off like this (or mine did). This happens sometimes after oral extraction. I had 2 with my wisdom teeth and had to be taken to the ER to have the places packed with a material to ease the pain.

Call your dentist! The longer you wait - the worse it will get - please trust me - I learned the hard way!
