I hav ebeen having extreme pain for the past month, like literally taking 2 tylonol 3's to 800 mg motrin every day, i recently got my hands on an antibac again... so i hope that helps but i really just need hlep because im kinda scared but have no kind of medical insurance or money to get this things fixed... in a really bad situation :(.Health Question & Answer

If you dont get treated it will just get worse. If you are taking antibiotics then that should help the infection and last you untill you cant get the proper treatment which will probably be a root canal or extraction. The abcess probably looks like it is in your gums but it is actually the tooth that it is above. In most cases you will have to have a root canal but if you cant afford to get that extraction is the only other option. Just stick with the antibiotic if you have them and if not maybe your dentist will give you some and the should ease the pain for awhile untill you can get something doneHealth Question & Answer
If you have an abscess, it's in your tooth, it's bacteria getting in the root canal.
You need to have it treated ASAP, find a dentist office that offers the "in house insurance" so you can just make payments, taking some antibiotics for a little while won't fix the problem in the long run. hmmm, you have a computer... you have the money to pay for the electricity to keep it running... but you cannot scrape together the money to see a doctor for an infection, an infection that is bare inches away from your brain... sorry, I have little sympathy for you, seems your priorities are a bit skewed here.

You need to see a DR. If you have an abcess you likely need to have it drained and cleaned and be put on antibiotics. If left untreated the infection will spread to the rest of your blood stream, get you septic then put you into septic shock and kill you. If I were you I would find the moneyHealth Question & Answer
