Question: What does my mouth smell when I wake up ( I have invislign) .?
So I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day about 1-3 minutes. I wake up in the morning and my breath reeks. also the invislign (or how ever you spell it) smells REALLY bad! I know it's from the saliva siting there for what 8-10 hours. I also brush the "Braces" lets call them that kay!.? SO how do I keep them from smelling so bad! Well once their brushed their fine. also they get stained like after a few days!.? What to dooo.?.?..!!Health Question & Answer

i have braces and yea that happens use mouth wash and i got this freaking awesome toothbrush that does the work4 u kind of. its Like called the PHILIPS sonic toothbrush something Like dat and yea its totally normal if it bothers u so much then use mouth wash right when u get out of bed.Health Question & Answer
it's caused by the bacteria in your mouth. We all have bacteria in our mouths. When you sleep you there is less saliva that buffers the bacteria causing the bacteria to synthesis. The invisilign probably contributes because the bacteria grows best in areas with little or no oxygen. Just make sure to brush well at night and in the morningHealth Question & Answer
every ones breath smells when they wake up in the morning, its no big deal. just brush when you wake up and you should be fine. also maybe try mouth wash before you go to bed and when you wake up. Health Question & Answer
