Im in college majoring in Biology, and as of now my adverages are in the B range. I heard that they like you to take a heavy course load so I am taking 20 credits ( 4 sciences and calculus.) Any words of advice, sometimes I feel like just because I dont have starights A's and I am not exactly excited about studying, I should just give up on this career and try something else.

One dentist I talked to actually said that he became a dentist because he thought med school was too hard and he didn't have the grades for it. Just because you get grades in the B range does not mean you shouldn't be a dentist. The grades you get do not dictate what type of doctor you will be. I have never seen a DDS degree with a grade point average on it, because that does not say what kind of dentist you will become. also, not enjoying studying doesn't dictate what type of dentist you will be either. The important thing would be if teeth and working on those teeth excite you.? If it does, then dentistry is something you should shoot for. One aspect of any professional program is just seeing how bad everyone wants it. If you really truly want to be a dentist, you can do it!Health Question & Answer
actually i study dentistry i will graduate next summer. i advise you; if you don't like this job it is better to quit now! for studing dentistry you need to have desire to learn nad you need to love this job an also you need to have very high self confidence but
