Is there a safe way to strengthen teeth enamel?!
Question: Is there a safe way to strengthen teeth enamel.?
I have always been a big caffeine drinker (especially Mountain Dew). I just recently learned from my dentist that drinking it isn't AS bad for my teeth IF I use a straw and didn't "slush" it around in my mouth before swallowing it. However, I have noticed whenever I get in bright light and open my mouth (separating my top and bottom teeth), I can see where the enamel is going away on the bottom of my front teeth. It's not very obvious, but I still notice it. So, my question is, what are some ways I can strengthen my enamel, even if I CAREFULLY drink and limit my caffeine intake. I know there are certain toothpaste out there, which I'm using now. I go to the dentist next week and will ask him then, however, I would like to start now trying to re-strengthen the enamel.

Try to find a toothpaste that says something about enamel strengthening on the box. - They do exist. I've seen one called Enamelon if I'm not mistaken, and if they don't have that, use sensodyne or something.Health Question & Answer
