There is a high chance it will fall out on its own if it hanging by a thread. but if your really worried take them to the dentis tand have them try what I do. with the consent of the parent, I throw an large wad of topical anesthethic (no neddle, the jelly ) lleave it around the tooth for five minutes pretend were going to count the teeth and with a cotton gauze just pull it. many of them never even realize it was pulled until you give to them to hand to the tooth fairy.
