Is Colgate Total the best toothpaste to use?!

Question: Is Colgate Total the best toothpaste to use.?

Or is there stuff that works better.?

I brush with this every night and then rinse with Crest ProHealth and then follow up with a rinse of ACT Restoring Mouthwash.

Are there better brands of these that work better or am I doing the best I can already.?Health Question & Answer
