i brush them straight away the second i wake up. I cannot imagine getting up and NOT brushing the yuck it seems really unclean! Night time breath and all that bacteria from the night errrhhyack

I'm not sure what the correct way to do it is, but I brush mine before breakfast. My boyfriend does his after. I do it before because I feel like even after I brush my teeth, I need to still get my mouth to smell "normal" so eating does the trick.Health Question & Answer
