Yo cant speed the movement because the tooth has a nerve and the nerve can be damaged, if damged nerves dont repair and the tooth dies. So if the teet get moved too fast you may end up with dead teeth needing root canals. A slow control movement. You can't speed up your braces treatment. But you do have to take good care of them so you don't lenghten your treatment.

Wear your bands and always call if you notcie that there are any problems with you gear. ASK! ask you provider if your case can move any quicker.....

But there are steps you should take to prevent lengthening your time:
1.If you have rubber bands, WEAR THEM!! And change them 3 times a day.
2. Brush your teeth often.
3. Go to all of your ortho appts.
4. Dont eat any food on the "dont eat" list.
5. Floss often.
It goes by fast, trust me.
