I chipped my tooth is there any way it will grow back ?!

Sorry, it won't grow back. :[ But they have this stuff that they match to the color of your teeth and "bond" it to where you chipped it, and you can't even tell that you chipped it! My friend chipped her front tooth on concrete and got that stuff and you can't even tell where it happened.

Of course, if you chipped it a LOT, then you'll probably have to get a crown. But you'd be surprised what dentists & such can do these days.Health Question & Answer

There is a process called "bonding" and teeth that are chipped, but still stable, can be repaired with "bonding" materials and you can't even see where it was chipped.
