Question: Got braces off about 2 weeks ago teeth shifted a little.?
i wear my retainer like i'm supposed to but i think my teeth have shifted a little which makes me mad since i spent so long with braces. sometimes when i put in my retainer it feels really tight for a few minutes then feels normal again. will my retainer move my teeth back to how they were right when i got my braces off.? or once they shift they shifted back for good.?.?Health Question & Answer

The answer to that is yes, your retainer is meant to do that work, since your teeth will tend to shift to the position before they were moved and they tend to stabilized after few months. YOu need to used it accordingly, just take it off to wash it and or to eat. Still your teeth may move a bit. Ask your dentist all these questions, it's important you have them solved by him/her.
