I don't think it should be if he really cares about her. That said, it is something that can be discussed only after you are comfortable with the relationship. I have relatives that had full dentures as early as their 20's since bad teeth runs in our family. I myself have a an embarrassing and obvious physical condition (not teeth, another body part that impacts my looks/sex appeal), that most men would balk at, and I have a loving and fulfilling relationship with a guy. A person is more than the sum of their parts, and should not be defined by them. When the time comes to mention it, I would be very matter of fact, and don't make it out to be this huge scary deal, because it isn't. You'd be surprised at how many good men there are who just want a good woman no matter what.Health Question & Answer

It's not something you should bring up right away, let the guy get to know you first. Then tell him, along with the reason you needed them.

As long as the false teeth look natural, I don't see why it would matter.
