This is definitly not they problem.
Some helpfull myths about breath:
Bad breath can be avoided by brushing and flossing regularly. True. This is a very simple yet very effective way to get rid of bad breath or avoid getting it in the first place. Ideally, you should brush your teeth after every meal, including snacks, to clear your mouth of excess food particles every time you eat, but two or three times a day is sufficient, according to most dentists. Flossing must be done daily. In addition to these common dental practices, it is also vital that you clean your tongue after brushing to prevent bacteria from accumulating, which can eventually lead to bad breath.

ad breath can be eliminated by using a mouthwash. False. According to most advertisements, you will have fresh breath just by using a mouthwash. Unfortunately, these dental products only give a temporary solution to your halitosis problem. Some of them can even aggravate the problem in the long run. If you want to completely eliminate the problem of bad breath, you should practice good dental hygiene, eat foods rich in fiber and drink plenty of water everyday

Eating certain foods can give you bad breath. True and false. Once more, this depends on several other factors. For instance, we all know that eating onions or garlic can leave a nasty smell in the mouth that some people might call bad breath. However, this is only a temporary odor and is not really the same as having halitosis. The same goes for sulfur-rich foods like cabbage. In these cases, you might have bad breath after your meal but it will fade quickly especially if you brush your teeth immediately after eating.

However, if your bad breath is persistent and does not go away, you might want to consider reducing your intake of foods that are rich in sulfur. If you regularly consume these foods, naturally, sulfur will always be present in your digestive system. The strong stench of this chemical will come out in your breath every time you open your mouth. But this happens very rarely.

A few helpful tricks to get rid of the stench.

earn the side effects of any medications you may be taking, are they causing your bad breath.? If so, you may wish to call your doctor to see if you can switch medications if bad breath is a big issue for you.
Follow your diet for a few days. Are you eating a lot of something known for causing bad breath.? For example, garlic, onions and some types of fish are known to cause bad breath, and cutting back can help.
If you'd like to fix the problem naturally rather than going the usual route, chew - do not swallow - a sprig of parsley or mint, or a fennel seed or two, before and after eating to get rid of post-meal halitosis.
If you'd rather go the usual route, gargle with a mouthwash or have a sugar-free mint or stick of gum. Some mints have ingredients designed to absorb, not just mask bad odors. Sugar-free gum generally promotes salivation, which helps rinse away troublesome bacteria. Sugary gums and mints have a sour aftertaste and feed oral bacteria (bad for your teeth and your breath).
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to promote salivation and wash away bacteria without giving the remainder food to grow on. Being well hydrated also thins the mucus secretions in your nose passage, which when thick can harbor bad-smelling bacteria.
Purchase and use a tongue scraper and/or vigorously brush your tongue--your teeth are not the only place where odor-causing bacteria form. Make sure to brush the back of your tongue, not just the front.
Floss on a regular basis, preferably after each meal. This is still necessary, even after a toothbrush cleaning.
Consider that your bad breath may be stemming from within. While some bad breath is "superficial," (i.e., caused by bacteria in the mouth) it is oftentimes the result of postnasal drip or poor digestion. Your doctor may be able to help with postnasal drip. To alleviate the second type of bad breath, make it a point to eat a serving of "active culture" yogurt every day. The healthy bacteria in the yogurt will aid in digestion, and quickly eliminate any traces of internally generated bad breath.

this is what i said to someone else but its good advice.

i also have this problem and my denist told me that sometimes it is the stuff we eat and just the stomache acid making it smell really rancid.

also lack of water i know i dont drink a lot of water so that could be a reason.

another thing is to brush your tounge and teeth twice a day. floss too. even though its a pain its better than people saying you have bad breath.

gum doesnt eliminate the oder for more than 5-10 mins.

dont use bubblegum flavored toothpaste or somthing like that it doesnt help covering the smell.

finally try some floride treatment or mouthwash after you brush it makes your breath smell fresh.

hope this helps it sure has helped me. :)

ps. i doubt the sexual stuff effected it.
i havent done anything like that and i still have horrible breath.

also drugs make your breath stink. if you do drugs that could be something to think about.Health Question & Answer

Ugh, your mouth has enough bacteria as it is without adding the nasty buggers from the anus! But, a few instances of this probably shouldn't have caused Halitosis (or stinky breath). You probably aren't brushing very well. I recommend that you brush 3 times a day (after breakfast, lunch, and dinner) not only your teeth, but in these regions:

1. The surface of your tongue
2. The underside of your tongue
3. Your cheeks
4. The roof of your mouth
5. Your gums

For temporary relief, chew sugar-free gum!Health Question & Answer

sometimes if you've had a lot of cavities this can happen
also if you need a root canal, chances are you dont know that you do.
also if you have worn off all the enamel on your tooth, its not protected and the food sticks to the teeth
or if you suffer from dry mouth then you dont have enough saliva to kill the germs in your mouth
talk to you dentist about maybe a possible mouth infection or root canal.
:]Health Question & Answer

brush your teeth really well. then scrape and brush your tounge. rinse with mouth wash. then see your dentist to make sure you havent got any cavities or infections of the mouth. also! sinus infections can cause bad breath and throat infections. also please make sure your gf's anus is clean before u go lickin on it, that place prolly has the most germs out of anywhere on your body. personally i wouldnt be lickin no ones booty but thats your thang!Health Question & Answer

Brush your teeth twice a day. Preferably when you wake up and when going to bed. 3 times is even better.
After brushing, use a rinse, preferably Listerine, the strong kind.
Floss your teeth!
After eating strong foods, (with a lot of onion) brush your teeth.
Try to keep your teeth and gums out of food for long periods of time, this can also cause gum cancer.

did you use listerine.? you might have plaque build-up or gingivitis, or could be a gum problem. If it's that bad you might need to go the dentist, or just brush your teeth twice a day with good toothpaste for at least 3 min a session, and floss it should go away.Health Question & Answer

try listerin, chew gum, brush your teeth, and floss.

i dont think thats the case but just when you brush your teeth make sure you also brush the tongue thoroughly, they have tongue cleaners if you like. afterwards use listerine and you should be good, always brush after eating.Health Question & Answer

you need to get to the back of your toungue with a brush ther is probably bacteria stuck there and thats how you can get rid of it. Health Question & Answer

Most likely it is caused by bacteria in your mouth. Try using a water pic system to clean your teeth and mouth as well as listerine mouthwash to kill germs.

Or you could carry tic tacs with you wherever you go.Health Question & Answer

Brush at least twice a day. Use mouth wash, and floss EVERYDAY. also, see your dentist, you may have gum disease. Gum disease not only causes bad breath, but can lead to other serious problems.Health Question & Answer

You need to brush and you're definitely not flossing. Food becomes stuck between the teeth and then rots there if you don't remove it. Hence the smell. Health Question & Answer

Umm.. wow.

Ok well all i can say is to go see your dentist and talk to here. Because most of the answers you are going to get aren't from professionals so I recommend you talk to one. Health Question & Answer
