-look at your teeth, do you see any changes in it like small a small hole or discolouring.?
-does it hurt if you bite into something hard.?
-does really hot or cold water make your tooth area hurt.?
-does your tooth area hurt if you eat sweets.?
-use something small and hard to lightly tap on your tooth, does this hurt.?
-do you have pain in your teeth area once in a while.?

majorly look for shooting pains.
expecially with exposure to very hot and cold things like liquids.
best bet is to go to the dentist and have them take a look to amke sure it's not major. or anything at all.
