it depends on ur sensitivty. Mine hurt badly, but im very sensitive and i went the intense route because i wanted fast results. they didnt give me anything bc its not that serious.... it doesnt hurt to where u want to cry but its more of a discomfort.Health Question & Answer
If your getting the one hour whitener you may develope cold sensitivity and sensitivity to wind. teh thing to remember if you doing the one hour bleach under the light is that you have to do all three 20 minutes cycles or you will lose the maximum effect and wont get a refund or a redo at a later time. I would suggest getting some sensodyne to help with any post sensitivity.
Take home bleach can cause sensitivity too, but its easier to manage bc as soon as you get a tingle you can start with your sensodyne and continue at a future date.

My mom got a mold made that she would wear to bed every night with some stuff in it for whitening.
But i don't think it's that.
If it hurts, they will freeze your mouth by giving you a few needles. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt. Once your mouth is frozen, you won't feel a thing. :D

Not like screaming pain , but nobody exactly enjoys it.
that would be weird.
I found out that teeth whitening really isn't good for you.
It's a chemical.
It is basically a.. well... bleach..
like pouring 409 in your mouth.
I use that organic teeth whitening tooth paste.
