They take as long as they want to. You can see in the xrays where their position is, but you can't predict when they'll take the plunge.

I guess it was like when had your baby. She came out when she was good and ready, right.?

I really wouldn't worry too much. Front teeth are the first ones anyway. If you start seeing others in her mouth falling out and new ones popping right up, just go get her checked out. I know it's hard when you haven't got insurance, but browse this category and see the terrible problems people are facing. Dental problems don't get cheaper if you sit on them. I would work hard to prioritize insuring your child. Maybe this is a soft wake up call.

Remember, if you don't learn the easy way, you learn the hard way.Health Question & Answer

Don't worry 'MoM' teeth will come out when they are ready. They usually cut through. Normal eruption time for upper front permanent teeth to come are 6 yrs to as late as 9 and a half ! Irrespective of when the baby teeth fall, the permanent will take its time to come, and only when ready, and the roots grow, and push them down.Health Question & Answer

unfortunately you have to take her to the dentist ASAP because she has what is called eruption cyst, this is not something dangerous but it delays and sometimes prevent eruption of teeth. what the dentist will do is only a small nick on the gum clean the area a bit and you will see the tooth coming out in a weeks time. do it now for her benefit Health Question & Answer

If your child lost the baby front teeth, then the adult front teeth come in around age 6 to 7.Health Question & Answer
