hi, on Thursday i have a appointment to get my teeth whitened at a beauticians clinic near my home. The owners of the clinic say the teeth whitening is amazing, and they are all getting it done thursday too.
am not sure how it is going to be carried out, but i think its a gum shield with some lights or something.
please could you tell me your experiences with teeth whitening....
did it hurt.?
does it last.?
is it noticeable, and make a difference.?
i have straight teeth, but are yellow, dentist says because they are strong.
i do not drink Coffee, red wine, coke or smoke.... will the treatment last on me.?

I had mine done and i think what you are describing is laser whitening, which is what i had. The results are brilliant, they look like new. Your teeth will be sensitive during the treatment and that's totally normal. I though have stupidly sensitive teeth so it hurt a bit, but by the next day it was gone.
I would recommend getting them done it is great.

The procedures are far more common and less intrusive than when I had done what you are doing. It didn't hurt at all, although some people report sensitive teeth for a short while afterward. It does last for quite awhile, and moreso if you don't drink coffee or tea and/or brush afterwards. And it is most definitely noticeable - I had my lowers done first and asked friends which ones were done and they all could tell.Health Question & Answer

Cigarettes, coffee, tea stain the teeth very quickly, if you use these, it will look even worse than before, otherwise you'll look just great.

Honestly YES, they make a difference....they will make your teeth whiter and better. And also it has a the taste like yummy.
