On the sid of my tooth there is a sharp pain every time i touch it. I brush my teeth like 2 times a day for about 5 minuets but it just stings right there.its almost like between two of my teeth is it a cavity or something else Health Question & Answer

Even brushing your teeth twice a day, you can get cavities...especially between teeth. Do you also floss.?

it sounds like a cavity but you can easily find out by going to your dentist..
you can also use dental floss before brushing your teeth to remove any food stuck in between your teeth and use a mouthwash after you brush your teeth for a refreshing breath!
