It is hard to get rid of it quickly. It takes patience.
Here are some tips:
1. Try not to eat citrus fruits. They have citrus acids.
2. Don't drink any soft drinks/ fizzy drinks (coke, Pepsi, etc. ). It's bad for your health and teeth.
3. Use special toothpaste - read the labels and choose the one that suits you. Sometimes you can feel an unpleasant tingly feeling if you eat/drink cold things (like ice cream), this is also caused by erosion - lots of toothpaste for this is available in stores. Take a look at the sensodyne range.
4. Get lots of calcium in you, drink milk. It's good for strong bones and teeth.
5. Brush your teeth thoroughly twice a day. Simple.
6. Visit your dentist, dentists save teeth.

The only extra thing I would recommend is for you to look for a gel toothpaste that has a high concentration of Fluor.
also, I would give more emphasis to the dental hygiene. When you brush your teeth, the acid concentration in your mouth decreases, so, it helps if you have the Acid Erosion, but it will not work any miracle. There isn't much of a quick solution because your enamel has been dissolved, and depending on how severe, the enamel cannot replace itself.
You could possibly try certain toothpastes such as Pronamel by sensodyne or Tooth mousse by recaldent. these are designed for enamel loss by acid wear and to an extent can remineralize your tooth, although this may take some time.
