as far as whitening teeth, my friend mixed a even amount of baking soda with water and rinsed for about 30 seconds then spit it out her teeth were VERY white!!!Health Question & Answer
I don't think there is any way to whiten your teeth without a store bought product. Some say you can use baking soda and water and make it into a paste and brush with it but I don't think it works. The only way to make teeth straight is braces...there's the regular metal ones and then there is also invasalign which is the clear molds for the teeth.
