Question: Ulcers in the mouth, lasting longer than two weeks.?

I've asked around, and I'm taking things that helped me for a while, but not anymore. It's getting worse as the months roll on. It isn't herpes, and it usually happens when I get even the smallest cut in my mouth. My dad suggested an enzyme deficiency. Could that be it.?

You should comsider having an MD evaluate you and do some blood work. There may be someting systemic going on.
