Question: I just got my braces tightend and he gave me the rubber bands aka elastics.?
My hygentist showed me on one said and then gave me one and i was like this side only and she was like yes,but that was when i was trying it on. So im not sure if im exposed to wear it on one side or both.? does anyone know if its possible to just wear it on one side.?Health Question & Answer

Yep its possible to just wear it on one side, my best friend has braces and she has it on only one side. So if the lady said only one side it's most likely it is. Like the first answer said, you should ring up and ask, just to make sure. But I'm pretty sure you'll need to wear just the one.

Ok, up where your wearing it, there should be little tabs. If you have two little tabs on each side, then your probably supposed to wear them on each side. My brother had to wear them on just one side, so it is possible. If you do have tabs on each side, you should really contact your Orthodontist just to make sure it's not for rotating them though.
