i can feel little lumps and bumps in places in my toungu, and when i curl my toungue under, i feel something liek a hard muscle, but im quite sure ive never felt this before,
simple things like stretching out my toungue seem to be uncomfortable,

Not sure exactly what you are talking about but if you have "big thingies" under your chin it sounds like you have swollen lymph nodes. This usually is a sign of infection. You should have this checked by a physician or a dentist if it has been present for more than a couple of days.Health Question & Answer
