ive been do the dentist but it didn't help, i don't smoke or drink or take pills how can i make them white.?Health Question & Answer

You could try a whitening toothpaste, which should make a small difference. Other than that i can only suggest that you try not to drink things like coke etc and if you must then drink it through a straw.
If your teeth really bother you, then you could always bleach them, but you would probably have to wait a year or 2 because your teeth may not be fully developed and you could damage them.
My advice would be to ask your dentist about whitening.
