hi i hope i help. i get tons of compliments on my pearly whites. well, first of all, get Listerine whitening pre-brush mouth rinse. after 14 days you will get the desired white teeth. also get a cheap motor toothbrush, they help ALOT. plus if you want to get good results quick, just get crest whitening strips. the premium ones. they work WONDERS! usually get regular checkups to dentists, and get your teeth cleaned. it feels squeaky clean after. flossing also helps too. try to stay away from grape juice, coffee, and soda. they will either stain or break down your teeth's caps. but of course(your pregnant so you probably don't do it) NEVER SMOKE!!!!!!! also don't drink wine but your pregnant so you cant. hope i helped on what you where looking for.
