Teeth clenching /grinding?!


Question: Teeth clenching /grinding.?
I think I clench my teeth, because in the morning my teeth feel all weird and tingly

I don't get the usual headache/jaw ache and other symptoms that comes with teeth clenching

can wisdom teeth be the cause.?
what shouldI do.?
