What must I do . . . ?!

Question: What must I do . . . .?
ok there are two things I want to know or three,ok first, I've been to the dentist today and he said that I have two little holes in the back of my teeth that are busy to get bigger (I think)
so I want to know what must I do to let the holes stay that way .? I mean must I eat no sugar.?
oh and I have another question
They say that if the first two front teeth split is the cause of the muscle and I want to know how does that happen.? and if it is a problem what would they do to fix it.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
try not to drink soda or anything that is basically sugar like candy... those holes are turning into cavities most likely.. use mouthwash and MAKE SURE you get the brush in the back of your mouth! brush at least 3 times a day if u can.. drink water.. clears out bad stuff... keep saliva in ur mouth too! the enzymes break down some of the food and filth ;D xDHealth Question & Answer

I don't know about the front teeth splitting, but you can get what they
call "sealing" done on those back teeth. It's not really a filling, they
just seal over the holes so they don't continue to erode. I just got this
done on some of my kids' teeth, and it is pretty much like getting a filling done. They clean out the hole, then put sealant on it.
I'd say it's worth getting done, as it keeps them from getting worse and
also ends any sensitivity.
And you can have the sugar, just take care of your teeth!Health Question & Answer

I think you need to go back to your dentist and ask for clarification. If you don't understand the dentist, ask to speak with the hygienist - they are usually very people friendly.
"Little holes" in teeth are usually cavities. You don't keep them from getting bigger except by having the dentist drill them and insert a filling. Yes, you need professional clarification. Peace. Health Question & Answer
