NO!!! OMG your spacers will come up out of your mouth and guess what that will slow down the process of you getting your braces put on so you do not want to have to wear spacers for another week do lol..But for real dont chew gum with them in your mouth..GOOD LUCK!Health Question & Answer

I just got my expander off last month and I chewed gum almost every day and it was fine. Just make sure to chew sugar free gum or it might get stuck.Health Question & Answer
