ok i was just watching a bunch of videos on youtube about brushing teeth....sad i know but there is a reason lol.....and it has just struck me that most people DO NOT know how to brush their teeth.
most videos show a person taking a toothbrush which is dry, putting on toothpaste from the tube, and then proceeding to brush their teeth with a dry mouth...
IS IT JUST ME OR IT IS BLATANTLY OBVIOUS and i was taught this at a young age, that u pick up the toothbrush, wet it with warm water, put toothpaste on the brush, then wet the toothpaste as well, then rinse ur mouth out with water and THEN start brushing ur teeth....
i mean its obvious, to get the cleaning benefits of the toothpaste, u need to WET IT.....so the cleaning agents can be released....
after all, would anyone wash their hands with dry soap and dry hands.? or wash dishes with a dry scrubber and plain wahsing up liquid.?
u NEED TO WET THE TOOTHBRUSHA ND TOOTHPASTE TO GET A GOOD LATHER TO CLEAN ALL THE CRAP AND BACTERIA IN UR MOUTH.....
DAMN I DIDNT KNOW PEOPLE WERE SO UNHYGENIC.....thank god my last 2 girlfriends (come to think of it only ever had 2 girlfriends lol) also knew how to brush their teeth...
