Braces cutting mouth?!
Question: Braces cutting mouth.?
I just got my braces on today and they majorly hurt. They are cutting my lips and the inside of my mouth. Is there any way to resolve this.? Health Question & Answer

Yes, go to the store and in the toothbrush/toothpaste aisle by the floss there is a product called dental wax buy that and tear off a chunk and put it on the part of the braces that are hurting and voila, your problem should be fixed.

Put the wax over the bracket - and if you have to put it on a wire if any is bothering you. Don't be afraid to go crazy with the amount, just whatever amount makes your mouth feel comfortable and no more cutting. Health Question & Answer
HEY SWEETY I JUST GOT MY BRACES PUT ON 11-19-08 AND MINE ARE DOING THE SAME THING WHEN YOU GOT YOUR BRACES PUT ON YOU SHOULD OF RECIEVE SOME KIND OF GOODY BAG WITH A WHOLE LOT OF ITEMS FOR YOUR TEETH THERE IS SOME FROM A BRAND CALLED G.U.M AND IT IS LITTLE WAX THAT YOU CAN ROLL IN BETWEEN YOUR THUMB AND INDEX FINGER AND PLACE IT ON YOUR BRACKET..
