no, seriously! it sounds gross, but here's why:
*the vitamins in it will help your nails grow faster
*you can smell it from far away, so the minute you raise your hands to your face, you'll realize and will reconsider biting them
*the taste of raw olive oil is kind of gross

There are several out there. I have heard mavala has good results. My grandmother always used home remedies. Like pepper juice, cod liver oil or turpentine on her kids fingertips. Thank God I never bit my nails. Guess the horror stories growing up kept my fingers from my mouth. I have heard others say to use strong herbs like rosemary or cilantro. Oddly enough, I just bought some stuff for my 4 year old daughter 4 days ago. It's like a clear nail polish, and it's nasty and bitter. HOLY COW IT WORKS! I put it on her ONCE, and that pretty much did it. Isn't biting her nails at all.
