I had a problem similar to that. You'll definitely need some orthodontic work [you'd have to talk to an actual orthodontist for the specifics] and it's pretty possible that you'll to have some teeth taken out, especially if your mouth is really overcrowded, and a brace put on afterwards.

Don't worry about it too much, though... It sounds pretty bad, but it's easy. I had 9 teeth out and an exposure [where they cut away a bit of gum to clear the way for a tooth] and I was terrified about it beforehand, but it really wasn't bad at all.

Hopefully you won't need all that, though and some light orthodontic work can sort out your teeth quickly!

Good luck with it.

Hi,
I read your question and I definatly agree with the others that you will need some kind of orthodontic work. I had a small mouth and my teeth were very crowded and a few overlapping. I recently had to get four teeth out (one on either side of the top and bottom jaw) so my teeth had room to grow. I recently got braces (a few weeks after tooth removal) and now my teeth will move with braces into the gaps the removed teeth have left. My ortho said this was a common problem he had to deal with. A plate may also be an option depending on how crowded your teeth are and if they have enough room to move into the correct positions. Goodluck,

yeah you will need braces, but it depends on you jaw and your bite. sometimes if your jaw is messed up you need surgery, but it has to be that you cant get braces till the surgery . when its your bite they give you a head gear and if you have very little space they make your mouth wider. they have this thing that they place at the top of you mouth that you twist. its an expander.
and the expander is painful for a lot of people.most dentist dont pull out four teeth any more too.
