yeah i do. they hurt when i got them on but ive had it for more than a year now and they dont but sometimes they can cut you which is annoying and food gets stuck in them.Health Question & Answer
I have Smart Clips Braces. They don't hurt, and didn't hurt when I got them on. They are a breeze to get the wires changed at the ortho. I forget that I have them sometimes. The food getting stuck in them, BREAD especially, can be really annoying though.Health Question & Answer

I even miss the braces. I looked so cute with them.
Back to your question...no, it doesn't hurt so much.
It's just a pain that last only seconds when you visit the doctor to push the teeth.
