Question: Will I need a plate.? and How much do they cost.?

the teeth labled 5 and 11 (in the picture) are behind my bottom teeth labled 22 and 27 and those teeth are twisted on an angle. My teeth aren't even across ways either. I need to know if i'm going to need a plate and how much a plate usally costs and also if i will need top and bottom.
