it is not aways that you need to get the wisdom teeth pulled out. when the space is less and they are not coming out that is they are impacted or the angulation in which the are coming is not correct then only they have to be extracted.for more information on wisdom teeth you can visit the following link

It depends on the person. For me, mine is already fully grown in by the time I was only 17, while my friends' are barely grown in (still in gums).

Sometimes, a few lucky people don't need to have theirs pulled out at all. They have a mouth that could fit all 32 teeth, it's grown in perfectly, so on. Usually it's best to get them pulled since it's so far back in the mouth, it's harder to brush/floss, so it's more prone to infections.

My dentist told me it depends how the teeth is growing/how it will affect your other teeth if left in for too long. Your dentist should inform you when you go to get a checkup when it's time for yours to be removed. If you're concerned, book an appointment with your dentist and discuss it with him/her. They should know what/when it is best for -you-. =)Health Question & Answer

Some people never need their wisdom teeth out while others need all of them removed. My advice would be to go to your dentist, have an x-ray done, and talk about whether or not they can grow in correctly/have enough room. If they don't have enough room/can't grow in correctly, it'll be really painful if you don't have them removed before they come in.Health Question & Answer

It depends on the person really. I got all 4 of mine pulled out at the same time, 2 were full grown and 2 were barely starting to grow. There was no room for them and they were gonna push my other teeth forward

My mom has all of hers but they don't need to be taken out.

Ask your dentist so you can be sure

Good luck ?Health Question & Answer

I am 16 and I got them out last year. It's important to get them in before your jaw hardens. When you are young your jaw is more malable that is why it is best to get braces at a young age. I suggest to get them out ASAP. They may never come through so don't wait until you feel them coming. Book your dentist so that he can advise a suitable surgeon. If they are formed in your gums but do not have roots yet now is the best time.

If you were infront of all of your peers in gaining your adult teeth time may be running out for you.

It's going to suck majorly. But I needs to be done.

Good luck and remember that it would be 100% worse if you left it into your twenties.Health Question & Answer
