Alright,
So i have had braces for a while..and its really hard to floss...So can anyone tell me how to actually floss good..cause i cant really get the floss through my teeth with the braces.. So peace help!

Answers:
It is time consuming but it has to be done. You can buy a threader or you can use a floss like oral-B indicator that is pretty stiff. You thread the floss under your braces and floss. Then pull it out and do it to the next tooth. You do it enough and it wont be a pain.

There should be instructions on the box shouldn't there.
Anyway, just get your floss,
1. Get one side of it and make a loop by folding it.
2. Then, put the loop through the threader.
3. Next, get the other side of the floss(other end with the end of the looped sided end
4. And put them through the hole of the loop.

Floss threaders take some practice, but they are perfect for the job. Thread the floss thru the loop just like threading a needle. Then, stick the pointed end of the threader under your wire and pull it all the way thru. Then, your floss is under your wire and you can floss. You'll have to repeat the process for every tooth.Health Question & Answer
You could try bottle brushes, these are small brushes designed to go through the gap between your teeth. There is also a product called superfloss. You should be able to get both of these in your local chemist/ drugstore. Failing that seek advice from your dentist.

Just grab the end of the floss and pass it through the wire.

Practice. And did you get floss threader things from your orthodontist.? If not, try buying some, because they really help. But just keep working with it, and eventually it'll be easy to floss (without threaders or anything).Health Question & Answer
