WITH A ROOT CANAL THE DENTIST ACTUALLY KILLS THE NERVES IN THE TOOTH SO THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY PAIN FROM THE TOOTH BUT YOU ARE GETTING PAIN FROM THE SHOTS THAT HE GAVE YOU TO DEADEN THE SITE SO I HOPE FOR YOUR SAKE THAT YO WILL BE EATING GOOD TODAY ,

It will be a few days before the soreness completely goes away. Just don't chew on the side you got the root canal on. And take Ibuprofin every morning right when you get up and then again in the afternoon to stop any more pain or swelling b4 it happens.Health Question & Answer
